Figjam started in 2013 with the idea that the way in which F&B brands were developed should change. They were too design-heavy and too expensive to create, with the consumer having to foot the bill through higher prices.
We have learned a lot (painfully in some cases) over the years, but our belief that strategies should be based on data derived from consumer behaviour and that design should be an output of strategy, not vice-versa, hasn’t wavered.
So we pivoted from a consultancy and became the first specialised business intelligence firm with global reach, aiming to change the way brands are developed in the F&B industry.
